Our Premium RM Champagne selections ($175/couple +tax/gratuity) are rare small-production treats guaranteed to impress and wow you beyond compare! They will also pair perfectly with caviar, if you choose to enhance your experience with our caviar service.
Our Ultra Premium RM Champagne selections ($250/couple +tax/gratuity) are our most premium Champagnes guaranteed to ring in 2026 in style. These are bottles so rare that we receive only a few each year—treasures reserved for true aficionados who recognize exceptional grower Champagne when they see it.
Upgrade your experience with caviar service for two ($100/couple +tax/gratuity) and enjoy 1 oz of Osetra Noir caviar, crème fraîche, scallions, hard boiled egg, and our very favorite vessel for pairing: Torres Fried Egg Chips.
