One of the exciting new voices in Chablis, Clément Lavallée Vignerons has quickly earned a reputation for producing beautifully expressive, terroir-driven wines that capture the remarkable diversity of the region. With a focus on organic farming, thoughtful winemaking, and minimal intervention, the domaine crafts wines of exceptional purity, precision, and character.

Guests will enjoy a casual, intimate tasting of five wines at their own reserved table, with Caroline joining us throughout the evening to share the stories behind the wines, the vineyards, and the philosophy that makes this young domaine so exciting.
