Le Midi Tasting Events

December tastings have arrived early!

We know December can be a very demanding month for everyone to make plans around the holidays, so we wanted to send out our tasting events a bit earlier so you can plan ahead.

This month we will start out with a tasting focusing on wines from Spain, then moving on to not one, but TWO Champagne tastings! ‘Tis the month to bring out the best of the best of bubbles, and we have brought in plenty of new selections for you to enjoy and get the festivities underway.

As these events do sell out quickly, please feel free to reach out to let us know if you would like to be put on the wait-list in case of last minute cancellations.

*Payment in full is required up front to guarantee your seats. As we have very few seats to offer, a strict 48-hour cancellation policy will be in effect to receive a full refund.

Please refrain from wearing overly pungent colognes and perfumes as they can negatively affect the tasting experience. In addition, let us know of any dietary restrictions in advance so we can choose your snacks wisely!

VIN°VI & Co Wines of Spain

Join us for an evening with Sean Sutton, representing VIN°VI & Co., one of the finest importers of minimal-intervention, small-production Spanish wines. Together, we’ll explore eight hand-selected bottles showcasing the diverse landscapes and traditions of Spain: from the Mediterranean coast near Barcelona to the hills of Galicia, the rugged plains of León, and the golden villages of Toledo. Each wine has its own backstory so these aren’t just delicious bottles, they’re expressions of history, romance, and the artistry of the people who bring them to life!

Deep Dive: Champagne Blends

Champagne is one of the few regions in the world that will blend white and red grapes unironically. We’ll explore variations of all Champagne’s three big varietals: chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier. There is a reason why the alchemy of blending red and white grapes is so magical in this region, and tonight you will taste champagnes from some of the greatest winemakers and see how this technique has been perfected.

Wednesday, December 18 | 7:00–9:00 pm
$125/person - snacks provided

If you have ever wanted to experience a side-by-side of the juice from Champagne’s white grapes versus red grapes, tonight is your chance. We will taste four wines made solely from white grapes next to wines made solely from red grapes and see if you can see how differently they show in the glass. These champagnes will of course all be from some of the most magnificent grower-producer winemakers in the region!
